No, registration is not required to shop in our store.
However, it is worth remembering that only as a registered user you will be able to check your order history, download a historical invoice or take advantage of special offers only for registered users. In addition, as a registered user, you receive EloriPoints, which will reduce the cost of your next order.
To register in our store, click the link “log in” and then: “register”. In the next step, enter all the required data (username, email, password) and confirm with the “register” button. We will send an account activation link to your email inbox – once clicked, you will gain access to your account and the ability to store in our store.

Yes, you can correct all data in the customer panel after clicking: “My account” or directly before confirming your order in the shopping cart.
Orders
We begin processing each order immediately after it is placed, so in most cases it will not be possible to cancel an already placed order. However, if such a situation occurs, contact us as soon as possible by email (sklep@elori.pl) or phone (+48 795 950 919).
Yes, we send confirmation by email regardless of whether the customer has registered in our store or has made a purchase without creating an account. Remember to provide a valid email address when placing your order – we send the order confirmation and the sales document to the address provided in the shopping cart!
All customers purchasing from Elori Jewellery receive an electronic VAT invoice. If you are ordering for a company, you must select this option when placing the order and fill in the fields that will appear after selecting it.
Parcels are shipped on the next business day following the day the order is placed. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method. Detailed information can be found in the tab: “Costs and forms of delivery”.
Payments
We currently provide our customers with several payment methods. You can pay for your order through imoje ‘s secure payment gateway (BLIK, credit card, fast internet transfer payment) – ING Bank Slaski will take care of the security of your data; PayU internet payment gateway; traditional transfer, Twisto (deferred payment); cash on delivery.
If you choose to pay for your order only upon receipt of the package, your order cannot exceed the amount of PLN 500.
