30 DAYS FOR FREE RETURN FOR ANY REASON

After receiving the shipment from ELORI Jewelery, you have up to 30 days to try on and check the ordered jewelry and decide whether it meets your expectations. You can send the products back to us by fast, free delivery using any Paczkomat device.

Important! The returned goods should be complete and have no traces of use and must have the original label. Place returned items in company packaging and secure the jewelry appropriately.

Fast and convenient return

  1. Go to www.szybkiezwroty.pl/elori
  2. Complete the short return form
  3. Pack your return package.
  4. You will receive a special return code by e-mail and text message. Place it on the package.
  5. Drop off your parcel at any parcel locker

Traditional phrase

  1. Complete the product return form
  2. Prepare the parcel for return. Attach the received purchase document (VAT invoice) to the package.

We are not responsible during transportation for shipments returned to us. We recommend using registered mail when returning your return.

It is not possible to deliver the return in person. We do not accept parcels on delivery or sent to a parcel locker.

For orders over PLN 199, delivery to the InPost parcel locker is free.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

You can return or exchange your purchased jewelry free of charge within 30 days.
